Week 16 Fantasy & Gambling Preview

Who should you be targeting in fantasy on Sunday and where should you be placing your bets? We’ve got you covered.

Sunday Sleepers 💤

Marvin Hall — Browns WR

Hall, who played with the Lions up until a couple of weeks ago, all of a sudden finds himself as the only available Browns wide receiver. The Browns lost all four of their top WRs due to COVID contract tracing. Cleveland will make due with two practice squad players and Hall, who was productive in Detroit.

Giovani Bernard — Bengals RB

The Texans have the worst rush D in the NFL. Simple as that. Bernard should have room to run and Cincy doesn’t have a ton of offensive weapons at this point.

Jalen Reagor — Eagles WR

Reagor hasn’t found his groove yet this season, but a matchup against the Cowboys defense with a competent QB? Maybe this is his week to breakout.

Hit The Pine 🌲

Russell Wilson — Seahawks QB

It’s tough at this point in the year to bench a QB like Wilson. To be honest, it’s probably impossible. But I would be fading Wilson here. The Rams are a tough matchup for Seattle and they’ll be ready to go after a loss to the Jets. Wilson will likely have a tough time toping 20 points.

Ezekiel Elliott — Cowboys RB

Yeah, yeah. Zeke is going to play. But did you see what Tony Pollard did last week? Elliott will be in a time share at best against a stout Eagles defensive line.

Smash Spots 🚀

Calvin Ridley — Falcons WR

Ridley has averaged 113 yards per game in his career when Julio Jones doesn’t play. Add in the fact that the Falcons will likely be playing from behind and you have a great spot for Mr. Max Bet himself.

David Montgomery — Bears RB

Montgomery has been wildly productive over the past couple of games and figures to continue his hot streak against the lowly Jaguars.

Stefon Diggs — Bills WR

Diggs has been one of the best players in the NFL this season and will face the Patriots on Monday. Stephon Gilmore is out for the season, meaning Diggs will avoid one of the best corners in the NFL.
