Chicago Bears at Los Angeles Rams

Time: 8:00 PM EST

Line: LAR -6; O/U 44.5

Must Starts

QB — None

RB — David Montgomery

WR — Allen Robinson, Cooper Kupp, Robert Woods

TE — None

Start or Sit

Darrell Henderson

Henderson is the lead back in LA, but as we have seen from other RBBC’s in the past, you can never really trust whomever you consider to be the lead back right now. This could be a Malcolm Brown game, it could be a Cam Akers game (we’ll get to that). Henderson is the most likely running back to get the most touches, but in all honesty you can’t really trust anyone in the LA backfield right now.

Jimmy Graham

Graham has been good in the red zone this year and has a decent connection with Nick Foles. With Jalen Ramsey covering Allen Robinson, Graham should see the ball more tonight.

Jared Goff

Goff is an interesting piece on Monday Night. He has struggled against the Bears defense in the past, but this is seemingly a good spot for the Rams and he could have a nice night. I expect 18–20 points out of Goff.

Last Minute Pick-Ups

Cam Akers

Is this the night that Akers finally breaks out? Tough to say. If he’s allowed to actually get playing time, ahead of Henderson and Malcolm Brown, I expect that he will put up some decent yardage.

I’m not sure I would start him in any league at this point, but from a gambling perspective I do like the over on his rushing yards and receptions.

Gerald Everett

Tyler Higbee is INACTIVE for tonight’s game. Everett would be a great last minute addition to any lineup.

Gambling Angle

I think this could be a smash spot for the Rams tonight. The Rams are coming off of a disastrous Sunday Night game against the 49ers and are undervalued. Meanwhile, the Bears are sitting at 5–1, and a historically bad 5–1 team at that. Sure, this could be a low scoring affair, which may keep the Bears +6 in play, but I think this is a regression spot for Chicago and a great spot for LA.

Official pick: Rams -6. I also like a teaser of Rams PK and over 38.5

Prediction: Rams 30 — Bears 19
