Fantasy Preview 👑

Browns vs. Chiefs (-10; O/U 57)

There’s a real chance the Browns won their Super Bowl last week by defeating the Steelers. Meanwhile, the Chiefs have had to sit around and listen to how they’ve been relatively disappointing for the last 2 months. Watch out. Andy Reid off a bye is a dangerous thing and the Browns defense is less than inspiring. I wouldn’t be surprised to see KC drop a 50 burgers on Sunday.

One to Start: Travis Kelce

I could see Kelce having one of the most prolific games by a tight end in the history of the NFL playoffs on Sunday. The Browns defense have no answer for Kelce. I’m talking about 10/150/3 TD type of upside. Start him.

One to Sit: Nick Chubb

Look, I love Nick Chubb. He’s one of the reasons our Champions Round team won the FSGA title this season. And it’s not that I don’t think he can be successful on Sunday. After all, the Chiefs defense is ranked in the bottom third agains the rush.

However, I think KC is going to come out hotter than the sun tomorrow. And Chubb isn’t their primary receiving back. Kareem Hunt is. The Browns are going to be playing from behind, in all likelihood. This is not a Chubb game.

Prediction: Chiefs 45 — Browns 24

Buccaneers vs. Saints (-3; O/U 52)

The Saints have absolutely dominated the Bucs in their two matchups this season. So, does New Orleans have a distinct advantage they can exploit on Sunday, or are the Bucs a different team now? Time will tell, but it’s hard to bet against Tom Brady in the playoffs.

One to Start: Antonio Brown

Mike Evans has been held in check by the Saints this season and I’m not 100% sure Tom Brady trust Chris Godwin in the same way he does Antonio Brown. Brown, who is cheap in most contests, should have a lot of upside.

One to Sit: Drew Brees

Brees hasn’t looked right since coming back from his injury and I think TB will be able to get to him. There’s plenty of better options on Sunday. Don’t play Brees.

Prediction: Buccaneers 27 — Saints 23

Seven Stakes Is Live! 🎉

The NFL Wild Card round is over, but the fun is just getting started here at Champions Round! It’s time to raise the stakes!

Our Seven Stakes contest is live and your picks are due by January 16th. This week’s slate features the Divisional Round games.

Here’s how it works: Create or join a league with friends. We will ask seven questions which have multiple right and wrong answers. These are the stakes! Make your choices, watch the results live, the team with the highest score wins!

You will be awarded points based on the Odds we have set. For example: If you pick the Tom Brady to have the most passing yards this weekend, you’ll earn 350 points! If he doesn’t, you get nothing. Those are the stakes!

Download the Champions Round app (available on iOS and Android) and create a Seven Stakes league today!

🏆 Fantasy For Good

One last thing about our Seven Stakes game mode. We wanted to add in a charity component so here’s the deal: The LEAGUE that scores the most total points in our Seven Stakes contest will have a donation made by Champions Round to the charity of the league’s choosing. We will donate $1,000 in their names.

Yes, the goal is to beat your league mates. However, if you’re out of the running, you can still cheer on bets all the way through the Super Bowl. We’re all about crowning champions, but we can help uplift some folks along the way. That’s ultimately what we’re all about.
